Strongly support! This change. It is clear the majority of nahs are LVT. Staff can be trained!

The VVMA is right, we need to be able to train our staff to place catheters.i have staff with years of experience that are more than qualified, and is especially needed in emergency situations. It really could be a matter of life or death. My stafff Is quite proficient in drawing blood, I see no reason why they cannot place a simple catheter.
