I support unlicensed but experienced techs to place catheters. Providing great care comes from years of experience not just a piece of paper saying you are certified. Many unlicensed techs are working their way through school and should be given this opportunity. I work in a fast pace , high volume practice so it's important for vets to be able to rely on their staff.
