ENACT PETITION, Allow both Concealed and Open Carry.

Enact the petition. If the constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms is not allowed within state parks, then you are upholding an illegal law/regulation/ordinance, which in short, means it cannot be enforced. Law abiding Citizens are now prevented  (by fear of being criminally charged, which could mean having a record that could prevent, even further, to own/keep/bear a firearm) from exercise their right to protect themselves and their families. Criminals, in the other hand, do not mind breaking the law, they don't care if it is illegal or not. If they go there looking for victims for robbery, rape or whatever crime they are willing to commit, why do you think they would not bring a firearm along. After all, for them, it is just a tool of the trade. For me and for my fellow gun owners, firm believers of defending our rights, and all of our rights, this current circumstance is creating more and more victims, sheeps, ready to be picked up for robbery, rape, homicide, you name it. ALLOW BOTH CONCEALED AND OPEN CARRY IN STATE PARKS, AS IT IS NOT LEGAL FOR THE GOVERNMENT, AT ANY LEVEL, TO FORBID IT .
