It seems to defy logic that a citizen granted a permit by the Commonwealth to legally carry a handgun throughout the Commonwealth, including within the confines of the Capitol, would not be forbidden to do the same within the borders of a State Forest. I support Mr. Van Cleave's petition to change that Department rule.
