Allow legal open or concealed carry

State property is state property.  If I can carry on any other allowed state property and not commit a crime, I see no reason that I can't carry in a State Park or Forest and be just as law abiding.  I have however been attacked by armed marijauna "farmers" who have no qualms about killing to protect their crop.  For many years since that violent attack, I have been unable to enjoy the places my tax dollars pay for because there is NO effective law enforcement in our State Forests to prevent this kind of thing - park rangers are afraid to patrol much of them.  Allow me to protect myself from criminals that don't seem to have any other checks on their behavior.
