I am writing to express my concern about change in adoption regulations. From personal experience, confirmed through child developmental studies, children need both a mother and father for healthy growth and developement.For those agencies that assist in the adoption process, please continue to do what is best for families, the foundation of society, and protect freedom of conscience and religion in Virginia.
