Remove wording "who do not live in the home;" negative impact on caregivers and their recipients.
Caregivers in group homes provide continuous care by living in homes. In this way they not only provide a needed service but are true companions of those they care for. It is negligient, inefficient of their time, and detrimental to the group home benefits. Please change this language!
