I support this amendment to the regulation.  Even though I am a Licensed Technician in the state, I feel as though we are not all created equal.  Yes I went to school for 2 years and passed the VTNE, but I feel as though the experience in practice after my schooling is what has made me into a better LVT.  I think if you allow persons that will be required to have training and be under the supervision of a LVT/Doctor, you will help to create better LVTs long-term.
