All restrictions on when and where a citizen may carry the means to self defense are contrary to Civil Rights codified in the Commonwealth and Federal Constitutions and Bill of Rights and are contrary to the Natural Rights of man as formulated during the Enlightenment. Any such restrictions are typically the creatures of small-minded and tyrannical little bureaucrats who would have us surrender the ideas of personal liberty and responsibility to the state and state flunkies who glory inrunning rough-shod over citizens! Suspend all restrictions on the carrying of firearms by upstanding citizens in Parks, Forests and on all Public properties!
