I think income  for aliens should be counted the same as everyone else.  It is and has always been unfair to the Citizens of this United States of America.  If anyone's income need to be offset, it is the income of grandparents who are having to raise grandchildren due to the parents addictions, or just them not stepping up to the plate and taking care of their own children.  They are not eligible because we count all of the grandparents income, so how is this fair to this group of citizens.
