I Definetly say no to this proposal...  is not enough that health care in this country is in such a caos and now they want to have a cheap away of getting by? STOP this non sense... RDH goes to school for several years to learn how to take care of a patient  in a proper way...  we do not scraping teeth, we take care of oral health!

If this pass, there will be no more people interested in Hygiene and probably we will have a large HMO quality dental care.... enough! Lets think of proper care and stop the non sense of saving money having cheap/unskilled health care providers.

I see, many dentists, that are professionals in another country and in order to practice here they have to go to school to get an USA degree... so... lets be serious and only accept professionals(RDH) trained and licensed to work!
