Working the front desk in a dental office, I hear what the patients have to say about  their appointments as they are checking out. Everytime we have a patient who's prophy was done by the Doctor or a DA, we hear the horror story. Why put our patients through this. The BEST person for the job at hand IS the one best trained for THAT job! That is the RDH!  DO NOT GIVE THAT TASK TO AN DA ! ! ! ! ! !
