As a practicing RDH for twenty-five years it saddens me that for my entire career my profession has been under attack.  I have traveled this great nation of ours as a military wife for twenty-four years and have taken numerous state and regional boards.  No one ever said I could practice without doing this.

I have worked for the military for eight years and the senior enlisted/officers have told me on a daily basis how great it feels to actually have someone who knows what they are doing treating them.

If this comes to pass think of the number of disciplinary cases that would come before the board and the possible legal liabilities for passage of this.

I strongly oppose this legislation.
