I am very much against allowing a DA II to scale/clean my teeth.  As a concerned dental patient  I know it is a professioal position requiring a license to preform a professioal duty which includes more than scaping my teeth.  My dental hygienist is a well educated professioal who cares about more than removing the tatar from my teeth.   Allowing a DA II to perform the same procedures is a "slap in the face" to the profession and me an educated concerned patient!  Please reconsider this important decision you are making.
