I get it, it's a way to pay the worker less while giving the customer the "same level of service".  Another way for the rich to get richer and help do away with the middle class which is the new american way.  It is totally obsurd.  So basically your trying to do away with the dental hygenist all together.  I strongly disagree with what you are trying to do.
