| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on the proposed amendment and reissuance of 9 VAC 25-810, General VPDES Permit for Coin Operated Laundries. Significant changes to the regulation are: (1) The additions to section 9VAC-810-50 in accordance with EPA’s comments on recently issued general permits; (2) The removal of the E. coli limitation; (3) The requirement to submit the nature of the discharge and VPDES permit number to the owner of the municipal separate storm sewer; (4) The requirement to submit for staff approval an updated O & M manual within 90 days of the date of coverage under the general permit. The proposal appears in the Virginia Register of Regulations on April 26, 2010. The public comment period begins on April 26, 2010 and ends on June 25, 2010. An informational session will be convened 1/2 hour before the public hearing. | ||
