The current regulations are serving the industry well at this time.  We see no need for changes or amendments to the rules and regulations as they presently exist.  The regulations, we believe, are serving their intended purpose and accomplishing thier intended goal.  The industry aprreciates the Commission and the staff and the job that they consistently perform. 

The Virginia Farm Bureau Federation supports the Virginia State Milk Commission for the benefit of Virginia's dairy industry.  As such we believe the current regulations serve both dairymen and the industry well. We do not recommend any changes to or deletion of the current regulations at this time. 

The Virginia State Dairymen's Association supports the current regulations regarding the Milk Commission. The Milk Commission is a vital part of the dairy industry in Virginia and impacts many dairy producers. We do not see a need for change to the rules and regulations as they are currently written. We thank the Commission for their work.
