While license portability is indeed a worthy goal, the proposed NCLEP rules do not fit that bill, and instead amount to a power grab by CACREP.  It is telling that the ACA has declined to go along with what is proposed and instead has come up with much better alternatives.  Time and again, the power lust from CACREP is easily exposed for what it is.  I strongly oppose this resolution.
