if we spend the money on building whirlpool turbines. we can utilize all the creeks and riber through out va as well as integrated it in our sewer system. burning trash could aslo help since we dont have alot of recycling plants near by. it could cost alot to move trash and recycle so burning it and using the smoke to for the those turbines it might be more cost effective.
