I strongly think that solar and wind energy options should be a top priority for Virginia.  Private residences and businesses should have the freedom to produce, store, and sale surplus engery back to power companies  without any interference from the government or utilities.  Any regulation should only  be for reasonable safety standards. No unfair impediments should be imposed by anyone.  This is a matter of personal freedom and Virginia should lead the way in the growth of renewable energy.  In addition I urge you to encourage wind farms to the fullest extent.   We should pride ourselves in being forward thinking.  Our economy can grow faster with renewables without the pollution and external costs.  The Chesapeake Bay is one of the many environmental jewels of the Commonwealth and must be protected.  There should be no exploration or drilling for oil in the Bay or any Virginia waterway.  Thank you for considering my opinions.
