there is absolutely no conscionable reason not to allow permit holders to carry concealed or otherwise, they have all ready be scrutinized, there record has been checked and they have taken an approved course, so why not be allowed to carry. do you honestly think that just because a law exists that prohibits a citizen to carry in the parks that a criminal in possession of an ILLEGAL handgun will not carry if he or she so desires??? lets be realistic and allow law biding citizens their right to do so legally, thank you for your consideration
