Issues with subsidy

To whom it may concern,

Some of the issues that I have with subsidy at the moment is the fact that parents have to be employed to get it. If a parent is unemployed and is looking for a job, they need someone or somewhere for their children to go. What better place than a quality educational center? Another issue I have is the fact that parents need to have an open child support case in order to qualify. I believe that if parents can work out their own issues with creating a healthy environment for their child, then that should have nothing to do with their ability to get help with financially for educational subsidy. Lastly, I feel as though the absent day limit should be a little more flexible when it comes to being sick and going to the doctors. I feel as though is the parent is able to provide and doctors note, they should be able to be excused from using one of their absents. I hope that these suggestions will help in creating a wonderful resource for parents that need the help and the children that they effect.

Kindest Regards,
