Don't Sign the Bill! We can't afford tuition increases

I have a one year old and three year old in daycare at Springfield Academy in Springfield, VA.  My wife and I think Springfield does a fantastic job helping raise our children and keeping them safe.  The staff are fantastic and I have never felt like my kids were unsafe.  These people treat our kids as if they were their own and we're forever grateful for that.  Limiting the group size will mean that some kids won't be able to remain in the toddler room which will directly affect me.  ?These changes are not necessary and should not be enforced against schools that have already been built.  My children feel at home at Springfield Academy and it's possible that enacting these rules will mean that the school will need to turn away kids that are already enrolled because they exceed the max number of kids in a room.  If the rule is passed then their needs to be a clause to grandfather in pre-existing schools.  How would you feel if you had your children in a class, had teachers who you trusted and were told that you could no longer keep your kids in that class because a governor signed a bill limiting the number of kids allowed in a classroom midyear?  The rules currently on the books are keeping our kids safe already.  Lastly, enacting this regulation will increase costs.  My wife and I make pretty good money but we're already spending $2500+ per month on childcare alone not to mention paying a mortgage in Northern Virginia.  We chose this school because we were given positive reviews from trusted friends and it was the most affordable in our area that was not an at home daycare.  Even though we make a good living its hard to make ends meet when you have a monthly obligation in excess of $5000/month just for your mortgage and kids childcare expenses.  Enacting the rule will almost certainly have the unintended consequences of people sending their kids to non-licensed (illegal) daycares where kids will get hurt!  The choice is simple.  VOTE DOWN THIS BILL!
