The Second Amendment of the US Costitution is an inalienable and INDIVIDUAL right. Law-abiding US Citizens should be allowed to carry loaded firearms with them anywhere including state and federal parks where they can and more often than not run into criminals and danderous wildlife. We have the right to defend ourselves.
