I think you should definitely repeal rule 11VAC15-40.  The owner founded Bingo at Redwood about 20 years ago and he and his family worked it until he purchased the building and then was told they could no longer work or conduct bingo.  They have helped a lot of people in the community and do not ask for anything.  Please repeal this rule and let the owner and his immediate family return to work bingo.
