Please support and act on this petition to allow legal handgun carry in the State Parks.  It has been shown many times that making handgun carry illegal in specific locations or areas simply eliminates the _legal_ carrying of handguns.  It does nothing whatsoever to deter those bent on illegal pursuits from simply breaking another law.  And it allows those same criminals to operate in an environment where they can be assured that no law abiding individual has the means to defend themselves.

Allow handgun carry - don't perpetuate the "Gun Free=Victims Available" zones.
