We need to do everything possible to Limit and Reduce Total Carbon Dioxide Pollution in the Commonwealth by 30% by 2030 from Electric Generating Units.  I support carbon dioxide pollution reduction.  This pollution kills millions of people each year and is the reason Richmond/Chesterfield has the highest Asthma rate in the state.  Please be smart and promote renewable technologies such as solar for a healthier environment and to stop global warming.
