This would seem to be a no-brainer, except for the fact that government bureaucracy is involved. Of course Virginians should be able to carry openly or concealed in our State forests. Why not?

In fact, I would expand this to include any national parks, forests, parkways, etc. within the Commonwealth and let the Federal government know that this is a soveriegn state.
