Oppose, this would lower the standard of patient care. I don't even have NON LVTS that draw blood, nor time to train them. I have expectations that proper training and education of the "why" and the "how" behind the actual technical procedure is known, as does the public. Hence, only liscenced personel who jave been properly educated and certified should perform this procedure.
