I support the petition as a pet owner and Virginian because of the lack of licensed techs in the state and concerns about the availability of care and even rising costs.  I trust my Vet and I trust him to be able to train assistants to do this task.  In fact I know one of his licensed techs he trained because she did an online tech degree.
