This is a right that shall not be infringed.  Personal defense should not be zoned to certain areas of the state but given to all man and woman to freely choose when and where they should feel the need to carry any personal defense tool.  It would seem to me that in the most dangerous places, we are regulated against defending ourselves making it easier for the criminal element to choose us as prey.  Where the nation has decided this is our inalienable right, the state should follow suit.
