Virginia should and must lead the country in reducing carbon emissions by at least 30% as soon as possible. We need to step up our efforts to reduce pollution from drilling, agriculture, transit., and all sources. We need to increase our reliance on alternative energies as soon as possible.  Virginia, as a coastal state, is at great risk from climate change and we must do our part and be an example.
