No Dry Needling with PTs

Type over this teAcupuncturists need approximately 3600 hours of clinical practice to graduate and take the state boards to become licensed acupuncturists. There's a reason for that, that's not only political, but a real need to be able to stick needles in people. The fact that Chiros and now PTs are trying to appropriate this with a different name.  Needles are actually owned by Acupuncture as a science. Chinese acupuncturists came up with them to achieve the results of their research by trial and error 5000 years ago. PTs take a 30 hour "course" to do the so-called "Dry Needling". I also read that some of the clients of the PTs say that the treatment works. Well, that's why there's acupuncture. Those people should go and visit their neighborhood acupuncturist. PTs are NOT acupuncturists and should NOT be needling their clients. Even Medical Ddoctor needs 300 hours additional education for acupuncture  VOTE NO on dry needling.
