When guns are banned, only criminals will carry guns. They have the added benefit of not having to worry if somebody is carrying a concealed weapon. In remote areas they don't have to worry about police presence. Banning the carrying of weapons of any kind in remote areas is a great way to invite disaster. We urge the government and citizens in Virginia to support policies that protect the right of law abiding citizens to carry weapons for their defense against criminals, rabid animals (both human and non-human) and other potential danger.
