There are no magical places protected from violent crime.  Law abiding Virginians are responsible enough to bear arms anywhere else in the commonwealth and do so daily without incident.  There is no reason to think that they would conduct themselves any differently in State Forests.

This petition should be approved; Virginia residents and visitors should be afforded the full rights and priveleges of citizenship when visting State Forests.
