There is no reason for anyone who is legally permitted to carry firearms to be barred from carrying in parks or forests. Are there to be places where we are NOT to be safe and protected? Are there places where we do NOT have our rights? I have been trained, screened, vetted and am allowed to carry in a safe manner nearly everywhere else in public places (and should be allowed to carry everywhere!) to protect myself, my family, and my fellow law-abiding citizens.
