I strongly oppose the regulation to ban otherwise legally carried firearms in state agency buildings. The "emergency" ban which was imposed was a farce. There was no immediate, impending, or even foreseeable situation which would have required the ban be put in place immediately, other than to circumvent the legal process. The General Assembly passed HB1096 which would make this regulation illegal. The governor ignored the will of the people and vetoed it. This emergency order should be allowed to expire and not become permanent. Please reject this regulation.
