By all means, this petition should be enacted. The 2nd Amendment assures American citizens the right to keep & bear arms. A conservative interpretation would indicate to keep, as in keeping on one's person, as one would carry out a normal daily routine regardless of the setting or location.

For those who are intimidated by the sight of an openly carried hand gun, so much the better for concealed carry. I think the vast majority of citizens who maintain a State of Virginia issued and authorized "Permit To Carry A Concealed Handgun" strive to truly conceal their handgun at all times.

To not enact this petition would reflect yet another attempt by the anti-gun community to severly hand cuff the Constitution of the United states of America.
