I oppose this regulation. If you feel this way, how about banning all contact sports. I highly doubt that would be an option ever, especially football. Don't punish all for one. Boxing has helped my son gain more confidence, teaches discipline, and it's a great outlet. I understand the risks involved, that's with anything. More injuries have come from football & baseball than boxing. Save Amateur Boxing in VA!
