I am FOR this bill. Virginia is known for "self-sanctioning" where gyms, fighters, promoters, etc., sanction their own fights. Bias sanctions absolutely can result in injury and/or death. In order to honor the efforts of those that got MMA passed in this state in the first place, we must also honor the bills that uphold the sports reputation, rules, and regulations.
