Competent officials is NOT an Issue.  I have witnessed shows sanctioned by all three of the bodies and there is NOT a problem with incompetent officals.  This is a simple attempt for one sanctioning body to gain complete control over sanctioning for the entire state!  Go back and read the comments, it is pretty easy to figure out this bill is an underhanded attempt of one sanctioning body to eliminate the other two.  I am opposed to HB 1228.
