I am defiinitely opposed to the this boards suggestion to imposed further restrictions on this outlet for these young athletes. During my tnure 198 2013 I observed young kids involved in this program some disadvantaged that found this venue as an opportunity to adjust their lives throug the coaching and the sport. I have watched them grow from youngs kids without a vision to Grown Men with discipline, goals and care for their communities. 

Discontinue the HB 1228 decision and allow these kids this opportunity through sport and not close another worthwhile program. Though I may not be directly involved as an official I still keep in touch with the coaches and boxers and they are doing the community a great service, one that must not be intrrupted.
