The Language in HOUSE BILL 1228 does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to enhance fighter safety.   Besides there have not been any issues with fighter safety since the new law went into affect less than 4 months ago.  Any dummy can see the language contained in this bill is nothing more than a direct attempt to create a MONOPOLY for one sanctioning body by eliminating the other two!!  Don't be blind, this bill is NOT hard to figure out!!
