After reading over this legislation the only way you would not support it, is if you do not care about the safety of the fighters. This bill is setting high standards for safety and experience to qualify as a sanctioning organization. If certain sanctioning body's don't qualify then they should not be entrusted with the safety of the fighters.

Shame on anyone who puts there personal agenda above the safety and well being of the competitors.
