I am strongly opposed to House Bill 1228! The language of the current bill is sufficient; a single sanctioning agency, which would be all that is left if this amendment is passed, will potentially cripple the growth of the sport of MMA in our state!  We need fair opportunity for various established sanctioning bodies to be readily available for multiple local events so this healthy, beneficial discipline can continue to grow and continue to benefit our VA communities in a positive way.
