This petition would bring state forests in line with state law.  It is a common sense rule change that will allow law abiding citizens, who have received firearms training and undergone a Virginia State Police vetting, to carry concealed handguns in state forests, just like they can now do in most of the rest of the state.  Please enact the petition!
