I vote yay.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Why are we discussing this at all?  A Right isn't something you can vote for or against.  A privilege is something you vote for or against.  This law to ban self-defense when you're in the middle of the woods is illegal in the USA.  We are talking about the USA and US public property, correct?

Maybe we should choose our Rights by our emotions and see how that works out in 5 years.
