This is a fair subject to work out with the Park system. Most people who carry open are not there to intimidate or hassel anyone, simply to defend themselves or to ward off any attack by a predator. I know many hunters who also carry openly while hunting in areas where hunting is allowed. The same can be said for people who are concealed carrying, who are lawfully background checked and clearly are no present danger to anyone. This subject is very hyped by anti-gunners and find that their only defense is senseless. I ask that you approve.
