The State Forester should change the current regulations to allow the otherwise lawful carry of handguns, either concealed with a concealed handgun permit or openly, in a state forest.  This should also allow lawful CHP carriers from other reciprocal states to do the same.  Citizens should be able to carry anywhere in the Commonwealth and exercise their guaranteed Second Ammendment rights in order to protect themselves and their families.
