As a law abiding citizen and CHP holder, I've unfortunately been forced to cease my visits to many public wilderness areas I used to enjoy.

I have simply made a logical, reasoned decision to not put myself in a position of vulnerability from any predators (both 2 and 4-legged) by rules and regulations that deny me a means to protect myself & my family, and should the need arise, my fellow man.
